Responsible for the implementation of the office unit in Luanda, Angola, where he worked as a consultant in international business law for four years, working with project finance formatting, internationalization of companies, structured investment projects, including transnational, EPC contracts, alliance contracts, among others. Back in Brazil in 2011, he focused on the area of M&A, formatting and reorganization of corporate and family business groups. In 2012, he carried out nationalization projects of European companies operating in the data brokers market, when he also began to work with privacy and personal data protection, specializing in the segment since then. Relevant experience in the technology market, advising several companies, including fintechs, healthtechs, cleantechs, retechs and lawtechs, focusing on Innovation law.
